Successfully conducted cases lasting up to one year, resolved with minimal or no financial impact to the manufacturer; - Implementation of a BI system with BSC methodology for governance of all corporate KPIs and over 200 indicators, moderating monthly performance review meetings with management. Led digitalization initiatives, including cost calculation processes and traceability chain; - HSE management, with 2 outpatient clinics serving 2,000 employees, maintaining AFR below 2 and ASR below 50, achieving success in all ISO 14001 audits, implementing a carbon emissions inventory under the GHG Protocol, and obtaining a zero-landfill certification.
