With over 15 years of international experience in the oil & gas industry, I specialize in 3D reservoir modeling and the integration of geological, geophysical, and petrophysical data to support exploration, appraisal, and development projects. My technical journey spans onshore and offshore environments across Brazil and Colombia — including Brazil’s Pre-Salt carbonate reservoirs and frontier offshore discoveries in the Colombian Caribbean. I’ve held senior technical roles at Ecopetrol, Repsol, and Schlumberger, leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering decision-ready subsurface models under PRMS standards. My core expertise lies in transforming complex datasets into strategic insights that reduce geological uncertainty and support high-impact decisions. As Chief Geologist at SPiN Mining, I apply this same rigor to the mining sector—developing integrated workflows that combine geological, geochemical, geophysical, and satellite data with AI to support structural mapping and mineral targeting. Previously, at ArcelorMittal, I worked within the innovation team, fostering ecosystem relationships with startups, universities, and R&D centers. There, I was responsible for identifying and developing technology opportunities and innovation projects aligned with global strategies in heavy industry and infrastructure.
