Agrochemical Production Company Foreign Trade Analyst for Operations Planning area: responsible for whole imports/exports activities at Gleba. Import: raw materials and formulated products for agrochemical production. Activities performed: development and analysis of new suppliers, fluent contact and negotiations with suppliers, issuance of pricing requests for purchasing materials from local and external suppliers, buying process closure, purchase orders preparation and dispatch, issuance of import license (SIMI) in SIM system, follow up of shipments, payments follow up and documentation handling. Export: raw materials and formulated products. Activities performed reception of pricing requests from commercial area, Planning and estimation of delivery timeframe. Pricing request for internal and external freight, pricing and negotiation with consolidated warehouse of containers, coordination of delivery and request of containers and/or trucks, custody coordination, payments follow up for all shipments by air, sea and land. Negotiations closure process, delivery coordination within arranged timeframes. Import and export billing process control, preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports and statistics for direct reports and main office abroad. Main interactions with customs broker, internal and external clients, government agencies such as National Agrifood Health and Quality Service (SENASA), National Food Institute (INAL) known as in Spanish, foreign trade agency, and chemicals chambers (CIQyP/CIAFA), forwarding agents, terminals containers, import and export chamber, among others.

Development of new clients, providing support, coordinating and pricing shipments. Operations input in management system, SIM and TERATERM. Follow up and archive. Direct contact with local and external shipping companies service. Operations analyst Shipment coordination and pricing for export and import. Input in SIM system and statements in TERATERM, ATA module. Transactions follow up. Direct contact with suppliers, customers, abroad agent, Forwarding agents, shipping companies, customs, bonded warehouse, terminals of discharge, and other entities participating in export and import operations.
