Assigned in high-end mixed used multi billion dollar project in Architectural aspect but not limited to management, planning, supervision, coordination, quality, and other related on vertical architectural interior/exterior finishing construction.

Assigned to managed the Architectural & Fit--out aspect in accordance with the specification in BOQ and construction approved shop drawing plan. Assist in the review of plans, specifications, contracts, cost estimates, construction schedules and reports. Assist in the formulation of systems and procedures covering all aspects and stages of project implementation and management. Site Oculars or site inspection and check the site condition according to the requirements, obstruction and the document of legality.

From site acquisitions and coordinates determination up to preparing working drawings of every cell site. And assigned to monitored the all civil work for completion of cell site foundation until the erection of Vodafone towers antenna (cell site Telecommunication), Roof towers (9 meters – 12 meters high), Green field towers (30 meters high).

Construction Management, Fit-out and planning conducts site inspection, coordination meeting with some contractors and client or with their representative. Monitoring closely the progress of the construction and update the daily activities according to the contractor progress report and the safety and environment protection plan. Done a progressive review of the (MS) methodology, (ITP) inspection & test plan, submittal shop drawings by the contractor, and check/approval the material submittal according to the specifications. Evaluate and recommend approval for the change and variation orders, extra works, suspension of works, contract termination and all other forms of contract adjustment. Especially if the architecturally is concern will affected and the aesthetically will be suffer as the whole. And not conforming to the approved plan and specification with BOQ.
