Probabilistic analysis of projects using Crystal Ball, to evaluate the critical risk factors and determine the probability of success in the planning of a project.

Interact and guarantee a clear and efficient communication with the different managements in matters of budgets and contracting, with the objective of ➢identifying proposals that allow the reduction of costs, through the elaboration of cost estimates Class V, IV, III, II and I. Responsible for all project control functions capital project, (Development of the EL SALTO field) with the use of Primavera achieving successful control of the financial resources of the project ➢ Responsible for the preparation and submission of monthly progress reports to general managers, project managers and senior engineers. ➢ Present monthly financial reports and annual budget plan for corporate management. ➢ Responsible for cash flow projections, workforce planning, monthly commitments, monthly project accruals, control and monitoring of the acquisition of all major equipment and construction contracts. ➢ Responsible for identifying and managing the critical route of the project schedule. ➢ Developed and coordinated the strategic plans for the execution of investment projects and expenses.

Leader of Design, Start-up and Start-up in the Automation and Control Area, of Investment Projects and Expenses for the Operational Fields of Uracoa, Bombal and Tucupita with an associated production of 32 MBD and 80 MMSCFD.
