* Greeting customers * Providing excellent customer service at all times. * Achieving the Mystery Shopper Criteria’s. * Consistently introduce and demonstrate new and current season styles but processing good product knowledge. * Be effective in a high standard of customer service. * Handling cash /card payments and managing Refunds and Exchanges. * Maximising on sales within the branch and achieving personal sales targets. * Taking pride in all areas of the store, including merchandizing of windows and displays. * Organising of small/large deliveries. * Dealing with inner store transfers by using EPOS system. * Effectively process repairs and special orders.

* Deliver excellent customer service at all times. * Handing cash such as taking payments and banking. * Send and respond to some emails on behalf of the manager. * Diary management e.g. schedule, bookings and attending meetings. * Answering phone calls, handling inquiries and requests when appropriate. * Photocopying and printing various documents. * Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel to complete monthly / weekly reports, maintain records and documents. * Attend to any complaints/issues and take service recovery measures if required on Manager Behalf.
