Site Supply Chain Manager at Filtrona in Hungary site. Filtrona is the biggest independent cigarette filter manufacturer, supplying cigarettes manufactures worldwide. Responsible for all site supply chain functions, procurement, production planning, order fulfillment, logistics and warehousing.

Extended end to end supply chain responsibility comparing to the previous logistics manager role. Responsible for direct material purchasing and in house logistics. Introduced new capacity management tool SIOP. Implemented extended warehouse management system. Leader of 2 managers and head of an organization of 44 employees.

Head of Logistics of plant Polifoam in Budapest. Leader of the production planning, warehouse operations and shipment planning. Achievements: SAP S4 Hana implementation Reorganization of warehouse operation

Head of the logistic department at Grupo Antolin plant in Helvécia, Hungary. Responsible for the logistic operations and the planning tasks (material planning and customer order desk). Direct report of 12 white collar and 30+ blue collar workers. Deliveries to Mercedes Benz Hungary plant by just in sequence and to several other Daimler locations by just in time. Other customers are Ford and Magna (Jaguar and Mercedes). Achievements: After a declining business, the reorganization of the logistic department was identified and started during my leadership. Intorduction of new product platform for Daimler (MFA2) Transfer of Warehouse from external building to own facility.

Leading a group of 13 people. Responsible for production scheduling and material planning for automotive electronic devices like steering control units, telemetric control units and instrument clusters. Responsibility for SMD and mechanical assembly production areas. Managing production startups from supply chain management side, and production transfer from other plants. Main customers to supply are Volkswagen, BMW, Daimler, FCA, RSA, Brose. Achievements: Reorganistion of planning team and integration Pool SMT planning team into the Backend planning team. Prepare and build the organisation to the introduction of CVAM and Infotainment and Connectivity Business Units. Phase out of steering projects from BUdapest plant. Phase in projects for CVAM and IC (new technologies, new customers, new products). Benchmarking turn rate results on BU Steering.

Warehouse Leader Responsible for inbound and outbound logistics execution. Production Line Supply and Finished Product Takeover. Leader of more than 50 warehouse technicans and 4 area coordinators. Responsonsible also for waste handling area, operated by 3PL service provider (Éltex).

Leader of 5 planners. Responsible for producion and material planning of Tampax (tampons) production lines. Suppling markets all over the world (Western and Eastern Europe, North and Latin America, Australia and New Zealand).

As site MSM leader my responsibility was to improve the supply chain desing on the raw and pack material supply.
