I am responsible for all business activities including: Strategic Planning, New Product Development, Marketing/Customer Support, Budgets, Operations, Quality, and Logistics. I evaluate market potential, manage sales strategies, and set metrics to insure seamless acquisition of new clients and continuous customer support. In addition, I coordinate all operations, engineering and manufacturing activities. This includes coordinating our global strategy for raw material procurement and direct communication with international suppliers. Where required I direct plant actions to obtain and maintain appropriate certificationssuch as: FDA approvals, HACCP, SQF, ISO ratings, etc. I am responsible to develop the capital budget, manage day-to-day activitites, and provide hands-on technical support for roasting, packaging, and all tool related issues.

Provide LEAN manufacturing consulting, including product development and manufacturing. We offer support in domestic and international business development for consumer items. Incuded are electronic devices, ineractive toys, appliances and medical aids. We have expertice in plastic, diecast, sheetmetal and silicone rubber materials.

In charge of worldwide tooling for plastic, diecast, sheetmetal, and secondary operations. I worked directly with marketing to insure timely launch of all Mattel/ Fisher Price products. I had bottom line responsibility for my business unit and reported quarterly to the CEO on all financial, performance and strategic activities. I managed operations in the US, Malaysia, Mexico.
