Worked in platform technology & science (PTS), engaged in neuroscience drug R&D projects: 1. Protein expression, purification and characterization - experience in complicated proteins, like large cytoplasmic protein, ion channel protein preparation, - ability in constantly optimizing expression system, improving purification strategy to obtain acceptable yield and quality. - protein characterization development, including quality monitoring, activity detection. 2. antigen design and preparation in antibody drug development. -cell line immunology, method optimization to increase functional sodiun channel expression on cell surface - Peptide antigen design and purification, chimerical domain design for large membrane protein 3. colaboration between labs, groups and departments across the R&D site, knowledge about drug discovery and development procedure.

With gene synthesis, peptide, protein, antibody and discovery biology service capabilities. Department of in-vitro pharmacology supplies assay development and protein production stable cell line serves for clients direct or assist project process for other departments. Below is the activities I am responsible or joint: 1.Assay development and screening (11,2012 to 06,2014) - Assay development for high throughput screening by methods of fluorescence intensity, O.D., FP and TR-FRET; - Enzyme service development and service supply for clients from pharmaceutical firms, took part in GlaxoSmithKline protease FTE in GenScript; - Project quotation, proposal preparation, expenditure control and report written; - Assay screening instruments daily maintenance, familiar with the use of plate reader like PHERAstar, FlexStation, EnVision and Multi-drop, ECHO555 for micro-sample transfer; 2. Stable cell line generation (06,2014 to now) - over-expression stable cell line generation by lentivirus or liposome transfection; - protein expression detection by real-time PCR, western blot, and FACS; - use of BD bioscience Calibur and FACSjazz for protein detection or cell sorting; 3. responsible for QC of stable cell line streamline (06,2014 to now) - to realize the streamline of stable cell line generation, QC is used to detect protein expression, then determine whether the stable is generated successfully or not. responsible for process establishment and improvement: establish by connecting with upstream process, experiment arrangement, data delivery and expenditure management; improve by optimizing S.O.P, full communication and efficient trouble shooting.
