June 10 2016, the day Fendy decided to sell on Tokopedia without having his own products but instead became a reseller of one fashion accessories brand that focused on selling products via Instagram and LINE. The business of fashion accessories was quite well. Over the time, the products sold are more diverse with the addition of electronic products such as headsets, smartwatches and many more. Being a reseller was not a definite position because later on the owner realized the potential business in Tokopedia and decided to set up their own shop too and there was no income from necklaces anymore😢😢😢. Furthermore, Fendy focused more on selling electronic goods and trending goods imported from abroad. Everything was smooth sailing process to the point where the government imposed taxes on foreign goods and the business was no longer promising. At this point, he often thinks of quitting but then try to shift the focus completely to household products. In fact, this transition period is the most difficult because no customers have looked at the products he uploaded. As time goes by, he uploaded more and more products with competitive prices then orders began to come one by one. Even though sometimes there was still a day without a single order, but he felt really grateful that at least there were still transactions every month. Now, after 7 years of joy and sorrow, F19Shop has reached GOLD 1 and sold products consisting of flower pots, cooking utensils, tableware and more! From Tokopedia, he learnt the meaning of vision in real action and the meaning of growing behind all impossible conditions. What he know is that in business, don't always expect profits only. Instead, be prepared to face losses and actions to prevent them from happening again.

Fendy has been into writing since he was in junior high school; writing some short fictional stories and journal about his daily life. As time goes by, he tried to apply his writing skill into social media account like Instagram. He realized that words have strong abilities to tell stories, inspire and also persuade readers to act positively rather than just being " word". So, he decided to contribute his writing skill along with willingness to share through Medium. His Medium blog focused on bringing positive hashtag known as #FindYourLight because he believes everyone is unique in their own way!

- Shortlisted as one of 150 awardees out of 12,564 applicants. Each awardee receives two-years leadership program by XL Axiata affiliated with a curriculum made by Cognition Education New Zealand. - Managed to take the program curriculum which provides three competencies such as effective communication, managing change, and entrepreneurship innovation into a Telecommunication aSocial Innovation Project (TelcoSIP) as contribution to the society - Had Participated 10 out of 10 workshops with various materials like SCAMPER, Inquiry Learning, Pecha Kucha Presentation (won Best Group Presentation), TED Talk, Etiquette, and etc.

Selected as one of 50 training participants out of 500+ applicants for three-week Cisco Networking Academy - IT Essentials Online Training 2020 from 19 October until 11 November 2020. This training is organized by Balai Pelatihan dan Pengembangan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (BPPTIK) Kominfo with the support of Digital Transformation Centres, International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and CISCO. The Cisco Networking Academy® IT Essentials curriculum includes 14 chapters which consists of basics of computers, mobile device hardware, and software, introduction to advanced security and networking concepts and the responsibilities of an IT professional.
