Managing the relationships with all brands under VF group in Asia: - Being responsible for new product/project development between VF and Avery Dennison in Asia. Working closely with product development Hub in China and providing support for other deployment countries. - Providing support to all involved sites (in the whole Asia region) in all parts: Design, deployement, service, … in order to provide the best service in the whole region.

Focusing on special tasks as a specialist of HSV (high value segement). Leading the E2E process and management under development & deployment department of HSV products: RFID (radio frequency identification: an intelligent product with the chip/inlay inside the label, Brand Protection (security label/process), IPPS (an in plant printing solution that allow factories to print label by themselves in order to maximize the flexibility, better inventory management,..)

Managing the development and deployment of label products of multiple brands (Adidas, Gap, Under Amour, Patagonia, …) in Vietnam & Cambodia regions. Taking care of the whole activities under development & product scope: Design, material, quality, testing, compliance, … Taking lead of the whole migration project of all label products under the brand LLBean from China to Vietnam. Leading all parts including E2E process, service, material preparation, capacity and all discrepancies between China sites and Vietnam sites in order to not only maintain the same service after the migration but also explore the other potential parts to provide in Vietnam.
