Positions held include: Head Corporate Services Planning, Projects & Contracts Coordination •Responsible for the maintenance and operation of company owned residential estates, implementation of short and long term office/residential asset strategy, management of utility services covering; power generation and distribution, water & sewage management and lifts. Southern Swamp AGG Project Interface Manager •Responsible for the development of project strategy, interface framework, risk assessment and contract strategy for the execution of several major projects including the 500 million Associated Gas Gathering project and the $500 million Southern Swamp Associated Gas Development project. Process Engineer •Responsible for the production of conceptual design for various gas processing applications and ensuring production systems optimisation studies to enhance productivity. Provided process engineering and HSE input to the development of projects. HR Transformation & Change Management •Responsible for the business process analysis and redesign for managing the delivery of HR services to employees and development of processes and procedure algorithm for key HR processes covering the full employee life cycle from recruitment through to retirement. Human Resources Adviser, Petroleum Engineering, Finance and Establishment Control •Responsible for HR advisory services to a team of over 120 technical professionals (Geologists and engineers), organisational design, manpower planning and control to maintain optimal number required to meet organisational objectives. Head General Services Planning, Contracts and Administration •Responsible for coordinating service requirements, prequalifying contractors and administering contract award processes for the entire services organisation covering over 1,200 contractors and contract valued at over $20 million.

Positions held include: Head, Corporate Technical Planning & Supply Chain Coordination, Head Office •Responsible for preparing production programme for a range of seven products and over twenty five different packaging sizes. Co-ordinating the export sales of Sorghum Malt extract and importation of Nescafe powder from other Nestle companies in the neighbouring African countries. Industrial Engineer Factory and Industrial Engineering Manager Head Office •Responsible for execution of various cost reduction projects. Major achievements during the time include: 20% reduction in processing time of manufacturing processes, 10% reduction in labour costs of product packing and packaging, 13% reduction in costs of materials handling/warehousing, 8% reduction in indirect cost of production and 12% increase in organisational efficiency across board.
