• Supervise the production process, use of machines, raw materials, and man power according to planning • Make a daily production plan and elaboration of the master plan • Calculating production machine capacity and planning • Provide reporting on production achievements, use of raw materials & use of production machines • Problem solving at daily production activities. • Conduct routine evaluations related to the production process • Analyze data to improve production achievements and reduce downtime, idling, and reject • Making strategic planning, monitoring, and evaluation for short-term and long-term goals in company • Doing some purchase for material and spare part for company needs

I’m a former intern at PT. Industri Kereta Api Madun, East Java. I was assigned at Manufacturing, specifically at the Fabrication Division. Here I was tasked to observe and analyze the manufacturing of bogie. observed and analyzed the machining process on fabrication division, I also observed and analyzed the heat treatment process on fabrication division, I learned a lot about how to analyze certain damages or issues that shows up, and find the appropriate solution for them.

I’m a 4-year Diploma fresh graduate in Mechanical Engineering Production and Maintenance study program at State Polytechnic of Malang. I graduated with Cumlaude predicate and Best Graduate of Production and Maintenance study program at Graduation Ceremony State Polytechnic of Malang 2021. As my finals project, I took molding as my subject. Specifically about “The Influence of Injection Temperature and Injection Speed towards the Warpage Defect of Food Container Jar Product on Injection Moulding Process”. I took this subject to understand various aspects that contribute to product defects, and reduce them in future production processes.
