» Responsible to achieve all the delivery KPIs allocated to the Delivery department. » Supervise and coordinate the in time implementation of all the steps of delivery with all the related departments, keep routinely and closely communication between sales/customers and factory departments in HQ to make sure all the delivery information is passed on smoothly&efficiently. » Plan and develop customer relationships

» Lead the Logistics Team, supervise, coach and train the Team. » Country warehouse Building, LSP training and supervising » Liaise and negotiate with Logistics Service Provider, training and integration of the Forwarder. » Coordinate and ensure ALL required internal and external resources and logistics for the delivery support and Customs Clearance. » Project management and Cost Analysis, meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness KPIs. » Manage logistics partners and customer relationship and performance, identifying main KPIs, eg. Customer Service, cost-time efficiency, availability, etc. » Evaluate and improve efficiency in processes, enforce safety and quality standards in Delivery, Operations, and Warehousing. » Strategically plan and manage Logistics - Warehouse, Transportation and Customs Clearance. Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements. » Keep track of Quality of Local Distribution costs & Warehouse Cost and the efficiency. » Participate to the LSP service Bidding, provide the requirement for logistics solution and analyze the LSP quotation, saving and searching the local LSP resources. » Ensure External Audit and Internal control, Environmental Data monthly and yearly Declaration, correct the existing problem and reporting. » Customer requirement survey and provide solution for existing problem in order to increase customers satisfaction.

» Betreuung von Vereinsmitgliedern, Besuch und Empfang von Industrie 4.0 Vereinsmitgliedern und Delegationen mit dem Ziel, neue Vereinsmitglieder zu gewinnen » Organisation und Durchführung von internationalen und nationalen Veranstaltungen sowie Delegationsreisen im Bereich Industrie 4.0 und Made in China 2025. » Beratung und Ausarbeitung von Konzepten, Durchführbarkeitsstudien und Investitionsplänen für deutsch-chinesische Joint-Ventures » Führung von deutsch -chinesischen Kooperationsprojekten, bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss der jeweiligen Verträge. » Vermittlung europäischer Partner für Kooperationen mit chinesischen Unternehmen hinsichtlich einer Vertriebspartnerschaft bzw. Niederlassungsgründung in China. Dies umfasste die erste Kontaktaufnahme, eigenständige Firmenbesuche in Europa und China sowie Angebotserstellung.

» Unterstützung der Steuerung und Koordination der zentralen logistikrelevanten Abläufe einschließlich Betreuung der in- und ausländischen Tochtergesellschaften » Vertriebsunterstützung in Form von Angebotserstellung, Präsentation bei chinesischen Kunden, Auftragsbearbeitung und Auftragsklärung
