 Coordinate custom designs and sample product development from design intent through shop drawings  Liaise and responsible for working with factory & vendor, clients and internal staff to manage and balance completing demand for project schedule, cost analysis, production update, time and quality  Coordinate and manage production activities to meet project requirements from the stage of development to final production  Monitoring of production progress on site, clarifying product specification and maintain timelines and to shorten development lead-times and shipment processes  Plan and monitor the material availability to ensure that the required materials are prepared according to the plan and able to be expedited when necessary  Contact and sourcing supplier for hardware and material purchase  Knowledge on ERP system , AUTOCAD and ISO9001  Product knowledge in high end custom hotel furniture in US and Canada market

 New project coordinator and product item development, Coordinate with vendors for all purchase orders and parts replacement  Liaise with manufacturer located in China, Thailand and Vietnam  Arrange vessel and Work closely with factories on order management until delivery completed and check quality discrepancies  Coordinate import /export shipping documents and billing documents for Accounting department  Price Quotation, Issue debit, credit note and other accounting responsibilities  Conduct quality reports and liaise with suppliers on quality issues and product development and packaging instruction  Prioritize and investigate quality issues through defective return and/or customer feedback.  Evaluate and resolve cause of the problem through products specifications, production and quality assurance/ inspection process  Monitor and schedule warehouse inspections and approve quality qualification in North America and other regions  Provide technical support and product information to clients and internal staff Responsible to monitor warehouse Q.C in Canada and supervised Quality Control & Purchasing assistance.  (Stationed at Dongguan) Improve and resolve quality issues with partners and vendors for further improvement  Analyze and improve factory production procedures  Analyze defects and enhance online inspection process  Product knowledge in residential, occasional, bedroom & glass metal furniture
