Generate new accounts within agreed time frame to achieve targeted results  Perform cold call to both new & existing customer to generate the leads for PBX, security surveillance and video conference solution  Carry out site survey and prepare relevant programming info for technician/engineer prior hardware installation to ensure the installation process carried out smoothly  Forecast the sales pipeline for every two week to achieve or exceed the monthly sales target  Follow up and collect payment for the outstanding invoice upon delivery or completed product installation  Perform client need analysis, propose viable solutions, pre and post installation project management

• Handle incoming customer inquiries, follow-up on leads from events and product shows. • To provide adequate and appropriate client advisory on IT products for clients. • Update customers’ records and forecasting process in CRM • Utilize database to prospect, make cold calls and qualify customer's requirements • Actively reach out to existing and new customers with the objective of developing new business and uncovering new opportunities • Manages company’s Live Chat on a planned duty roster.

 Make outbound call to existing customer to introduce the new product launch  Attend product training seminar to gain knowledge on the new PBX model and add-on feature for the current PBX  Carry out site survey prior hardware installation and guide technician on the configuration requirement  Share idea and knowledge to the reseller to build up long term business relationship  Funnel the sales figure every week to ensure the sales revenue is on track  Follow up on the payment status upon delivery of the product  Provide after sales services and supports to sustain customer loyalty

• Performing clinical laboratory tests pertinent to haematology and biochemistry • Conducting microscopic analysis • Maintains quality results by running standards and controls, verifying equipment function through routine equipment maintenance and advanced trouble shooting • Calibrating equipment utilizing approved testing procedures • Monitoring quality control measures and protocols • Performing healthcare services includes Electrocardiogram (ECG), Bone mineral density test, audiometry test, lung function test. • Provide consultancy services regarding specific fields include educating patient nutrient needs.
