Flux Mobility develops and manufactures fully electric light commercial vehicles that offer high payloads, long ranges and flexible configurations. This enables businesses and municipalities to transition to emission-free mobility without sacrificing performance. As part of the mechanical development, my work includes: -Design, development, and validation of a traction motor frame -Powertrain vibration analysis through custom built vibration sensors -Thermal management design, testing, and modelling

Title: Machine Learning-Based Cost-Performance Optimization of a Heavy-Duty Traction Motor -Developed a permanent magnet price function with support from magnet manufacturers -Performed a system sensitivity analysis on key magnet parameters and their effects on peak torque, demagnetization, and efficiency -Created a motor optimization algorithm using MATLAB's machine learning tools and MotorCAD's automated programmable interface (API)

- Design and development of light duty and heavy duty traction motors for series production - Design and development of 50+ fixtures for the entire motor production process (rotor, stator, and complete machine assembly) - Creation of 100+ technical sketches of motor and fixture components - Design calculations including bearing pretension, screw dimensioning, and tolerance chains - Support in technical topics such as novel cooling techniques and permanent magnet implementation

- Lead a team of seven to develop, manufacture, and integrate a electromagnetic levitation system - Integrated electrical, mechanical, and cooling subsystems - Designed 3D printed metal heat exchangers for the magnetic coil and reservoir - Organized manufacturing with several companies for the electromagnet and electronic hardware - Won the award for best levitating guidance system at the European Hyperloop Week

- Worked in a team of four to develop a high voltage battery - Integrated mechanical interfaces for the battery to frame - Developed battery housing and wiring layout - Implemented the BMS (Battery Management System) into the subsegments of the HV battery - Won the award for best electrical subsystem at the European Hyperloop Week

Cobble Kicks was a soccer initiative started by me and a few friends with the goal of providing free soccer training to kids aged 5-7 years old in my neighborhood of Cobble Hill. My work included: - Leading training sessions and planning drills - Coordinating training with parents - Getting training permits for different soccer locations - Designing the team website, merchandise, and videos
