- Spearheaded Direct Debit API development for SNAP compliance resulting in ASPI approval. - Led integration projects and negotiation with major banks such as BRI, Mandiri, BNI and recently BCA resulting in total of 7 banks integrated with Direct Debit product and currently are live and used by merchants. - Managing project and communication with merchants from various industries (Multifinance, Lending and Insurances) for total of 13 clients which have gone live and 4 currently in onboarding and integration phase. - Led and streamlined the onboarding process for merchants that is integrating Direct Debit as payment method reducing onboarding process from 3.5 months to 2.5 months. - Responsible of managing Recurring Payment API End-to-End product lifecycle, used by few renowend merchants such as Home Credit Indonesia and Adakami driving increase 7% of revenue. - Conducts requirement gathering and prioritization for product feature that need to be build based on merchants pain points - Currently leading the product development of Mastercard payment gateway as a whole including merchant facing APIs, transaction monitoring dashboard for merchants, and merchants onboarding process flow. - Established a solid SOP on the reconciliation process related to Mastercard payment gateway product and planned the creation of settlement report dashboard. - Manages an overall product roadmap for Mastercard payment gateway product

- Collaborated with stakeholders to conduct comprehensive audit for Ayopop app, culminating in successful acquisition of a digital money publishing license from Bank Indonesia. - Drove the creation and market introduction of two cutting-edge B2C products within the Ayopop App suite.

Spearheaded the design and integration of engaging web-based mini-games for the B2C mobile title "E-Sports King", driving a 14% increase in overall user engagement.

- Led B2B mobile game development, aligning technical execution with stakeholder goals in a fast-paced environment with total of 7 gamification clients going live including Bank Mandiri, Upnormal and Allianz - Participate in DILo game academy mentorship as game programmer mentor and successfully educate 13 mentees on game programming and prepare them for Indonesia game industry - Arrange, conduct & follow through on feedback & advice for Agate internal programmer growth weekly sessions

- Developed Flash-based mobile apps, focusing on architecture and functionality. - Conducted a technical feasibility study on implementing 3D environments in Flash, identifying both capabilities and constraints.
