* Handling sales phone calls and emails * Communicating with clients prior to their course and recording all correspondence * Provide clients to give information about school and what they need during stay * Helping clients to complete all the data for application * Doing Presentation to school about our product * Assisting with promotional events * Supporting the Sales Manager and the Marketing Manager in all aspects of their work

* Greet customers, ascertain and anticipate what each customer needs or wants * Recommend, select and help customers in decision making based on customer desires through open-ended questions * Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions * Handle customers’ orders and enquiries professionally and effectively * Manage stock and inventory on a regular basis * Assist Chefs in food preparation * Quality assurance (Free of damage or poor presentation) * Packing, labelling and compute sales prices, total purchases and receive and process cash or credit payment * Encourage long-term customer loyalty through excellent customer service * Perform end-of-day procedures * Housekeeping to ensure the store is clean
