Inventory Management • Maintain the inventory in the proper location and update Sage and all data base accordingly • Ensure goods received are in good condition and store them according to franchise by sectioning the store (e.g., tagging of fragile goods) • Direct the allocation of materials, supplies, and finished products. • Examine the levels of supplies to determine shortages and advise all relevant stakeholders accordingly. • Design and implement an inventory tracking system for optimized inventory control procedure Warehouse Control & Supervision • Manage inventory control policies and procedures • Develop and maintain tracking system to optimize control processes for inventory management • Coordinate product movement between warehouses • Oversee receipt and loading off items • Ensure items supplied are to specifications as detailed in procurement documents • Ensure daily reconciliation of deliveries, shipments, and inventory Stock Management • Lead the periodic inventory cycle count (stock take) • Develop and maintain the stock record and updates on a regular basis • Responsible for actual inventory counts; must be knowledgeable about inventory items to be counted, the counting procedures used, and location of all inventories. • Provide report and recommendations after every stock count exercise • Work with the logistics and distribution team to ensure the right goods/orders are moved to the customers Documentation and Record Keeping • Review and approve all document prepared by team such as waybills, Goods Received Voucher (GRV), Bill Cards, etc. • Send out goods receipt notifications, update the stock list and document • Process orders for picking and verify stocks picked before they leave the warehouse Health and Safety • Ensure Health and Safety standards are developed/reviewed and maintained at the warehouse • Ensure that team and other stakeholders are properly trained to maintain required HSE standards

Analyze different suppliers to obtain the best cost-effective deals. 9. Recruit and train new employees.

1. Manage Production Flow: Ensure the steady flow of materials necessary for operating a manufacturing line. Because manufacturers have limited storage space for raw materials, I make sure there’s adequate supply without over-ordering or wasting resources. 2. Ensure Product Supply: Managing the supply of products to customers, making sure there are adequate materials to ensure steady production and product delivery to customers. Monitor materials flow to identify bottlenecks and forecast problems. 2. Maintain Inventory: Observe trends and customer requests to create and maintain inventory schedules. Keeping track of production volume and purchasing expectations. making sure the right number of products and manufacturing materials is always available. 3. Track Material Shipments: Organizing and scheduling customer deliveries. Process customer shipment inquiries or complaints and schedule changes or cancellations for shipment orders. 4. Communication with Other Departments: Liaising between manufacturing and other departments. Receive project plans and additional information to determine timelines and necessary materials. Work to coordinate supplier payments with the accounting department.

Analyze information and make quick decisions in choosing suppliers, managing costs and choosing quality merchandise. 7. Preparation of PO for Local and International purchases and transmission to Suppliers. 8. Application of e-Form M on the trade portal, submitting to NCS for approval and transmission to suppliers. 9. Liaising with dealer Bank for the establishment of LC and PAAR, Customs, SON, and Clearing/Forwarding Agents. 10. Coordinating the transportation of goods to customers, warehouse from ports or contract sites. 11. Analysis of Supply and Demand Planning to determine possible action for procurement and Logistics. 12. Coordinating the Transportation of Materials to customer Location and distribution to Regional Warehouses. 13. Constantly monitor what the company purchases, delivers and spends to determine if goods are defective or not meeting performance demands. 14. Maintain Warehouse Inventory arrangement, space utilization to ensure efficiency in storage arrangement, Picking, packing and Shipping. 15. Supervise day-to-day operations in the warehouse including Cycle count, Returns, Receiving and Shipping. 16. Supervise forklift and other warehouse equipment operations. 17. Supervise counting, weighing and identifying of materials meant for shipment. 18. Check materials against customer orders, picking lists and billings. 19. Develop annual department budget. 20. Check and verify materials in warehouse periodically. 21. Electronic database Inventory reconciliation on ERP.

1. Monitor all cycle count programs and ensure consistency and accuracy in same and identify all operational problems in inventory. 2. Maintain records of all variances according to establish procedures and ensure accuracy of all product transfers from one facility to other. 3. Prepare and update all required paperwork for vendor products and ensure accuracy in all inventories and resolve any issues in same. 4. Monitor all procurement requests of facilities and ensure accuracy in all inbound inventory and maintain records for same. 5. Provide training to staff on all payroll processes and make adjustments if required. 6. Administer all return shipments of customers in case of any shortages and damages and communicate same to manufacturer. 7. Monitor work of all inventory control personnel and ensure achievement of all objectives and provide improvements to same if required. 8. Determine and ensure optimal security of all materials and arrange for all shipments as per requirement. 9. Monitor and ensure accuracy of all inventory transactions and maintain records of all stockroom locations. 10. Train employees and staff in all inventory control processes according to manual and update processes if required. 11. Manage all communication with inventory control manager and make recommendations to same if required. 12. Monitor all inventory control processes and documents all procedures to maintain all equipment and tools. 13. Manage all inventory transactions and provide required feedback to team as required.
