Drive continuous innovation, fostering new ideas and improvements in processes and operations with a focus on organizational excellence and evolution. Apply operational process improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma) to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and boost productivity. Map and redesign workflows, eliminating bottlenecks and ensuring agility, accuracy, and scalability in deliveries. Establish and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) to sustain continuous improvement across projects and operations. Optimize logistics and supply chain processes, ensuring efficiency in transport management and stronger integration across supply chain functions. Act as a key interface between senior leadership and stakeholders, aligning strategic objectives with operations and solution development, ensuring governance, transparency, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsible for developing and build basic foundations for Project Management within the scope of LATAM focused on business B2B LED, creating processes and procedures that can be aligned with PMBOK practices. • Team leadership and management of multiple B2B projects across LATAM of different complexities and values distributed in Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Panama, Peru. • Project Engineering Planning and Control, risk analisys, procurement processes for goods and services, optimized/ customized reports and controls; • Development of customized Dashboards to help the project management, control and decisions from top management.

Acting as PMO in the management of multiple projects, budget and costs, feasibility (ROI), preparation and monitoring of KPIs, schedule, contractual documentation, standardization and definition of routines for systems operation. Knowledge in SAP: PS / MM / PROD modules Planning and Control of Engineering Projects, risk analysis, processes for contracting goods and services, preparation of reports and controls to support management and support decision making. In charge to be interface and management of LATAM and USA projects.

• Coordinate and execute activities for the development of new products in order to guarantee the fulfillment of the design stages and the product quality requirements and processes that are aligned with the automotive customers (B2B) and brown line; • Knowledge in Kanban, Lean, Scrum; • Knowledge in Jira; • Knowledge in Project Management, risk management and negotiation; • Knowledge in Agile Project Management; • Definition of technical specification for nationalization of mechanical components such as: EPS shims, packaging boxes, labels, injected plastic parts, stamped metal parts; • Coordination in the development of sub-materials (inputs) such as: OS, ABS, PE; (Approving color, shine, texture, finish.); • Definition of specifications / manufacturing routes establishing standards for assembly and evaluation of the finished product; • Participation in mechanical element designs using finite elements and simulations in Solid Works and AutoCAD; • Coordination and execution of projects for stamping tools, injection molds and product design respecting RoHS, ISO-9000, ISO / TS, ISO-14000 standards; • Management of technical lists (BOM) and MRP structures on the SAP platform; • Support in NCM classification (Suframa); • Experience in negotiating and transferring design & production: (China / Thailand / Taiwan)
