Responsible for the negotiation of new products for Abbott Brazil's and Latin America's (LATAM) pipeline from opportunities arising through partnerships and acquisitions. Leadership of projects from the prospecting stage to contract signing for new partnerships, encompassing both local and global approvals as well as the due diligence process. Involvement of all internal teams for technical evaluation, alongside administrative teams located in other Abbott regions around the world, ensuring synergy across all areas and regions. Active participation in the process of innovation and continuous improvements to empower diverse teams and ensure faster timelines for our projects.

Responsible for operational due diligence activities (performing analysis of write off risk, product and financial flow, capacity overview and logistics topics) to evaluate the potential licensing or acquisition deals of new products for company's portfolio, contributing to mitigate risks in the final contract. Contractual clauses analysis looking for risks mitigations in future partnerships. Development of KPI's, dashboards and reports in Power BI to support projects management. Participation in a 6-months job rotation as PMO for new products introductions in company's pipeline.
