As an independent Product Design Consultant, I work in all parts of the research & design process and enable teams to change their way of working, become more agile, and use human-centered design in the software development process. I help define the strategy and documentation for research, making it faster for the team to interview users more often. • Led the design, in a mobile team, for two important products in the company: Expenseit and Request. • Set up a process to manage and support UX and UI requests from three mobile teams to ensure transparency and accountability. • Mentored an intern designer, that later was hired as a junior designer.

After some years of freelancing and the increased number of clients, I founded my design studio - Inkmotion. As Head of Digital Design, I had: • Led a team of seven people, including designers and developers. • Founded the company as a designer, without any money, and obtained clients and ran the studio for almost five years. • Performed sales activities and met with clients to brief projects, presentations, and for alignment with the team.
