As a project manager, I was in charge of planning and overseeing Central Millwork's projects to ensure they are completed in the time frame provided by our stakeholders and within budget, keeping strong communication and problem-solving through the entire process. I developed a project management process for the company to monitor the design, fabrication, and installation stages, in order to keep the stakeholders clearly informed about the status of the projects.

As Sr. Estimator I managed the Sales and Estimating team by leading with strong work ethics, values, and initiatives. Understanding the big picture, providing internal and external clients with comprehensive solutions, and spearheading the projects towards success. ​

Custom Millwork estimating, understanding in detail every project and providing clear competitive bids, keeping good customer relationships, and clear communication, during my time in the estimating team I closed a total of $2.8 Millon worth of millwork.

Project managment and site supervision of several housing projects, cost estimating and purchasing, Creating data bases for further projects.

Site Engineer in charge of all concrete casting on paving works of highways for a urbanistic project. Also took control and supervision of 2 large groups of heavy equipment controlling performance and eficiency.

Support on inspection activities on higways on Santa Cruz Bolivia, site supervision and office work, organizing documents and all data related to our designated road section
