Having started my career at Persis Telecom in the technical support sector, I gained invaluable experience in computer networks and fiber optics during my nearly 2-year tenure. Subsequently, at Made4it, I transitioned into the role of an IT consultant for almost 3 years, where I spearheaded network implementation projects and resolved immediate technical challenges. Building on this foundation, my role as a Junior Network Analyst at Telic Technologies for nearly 1 year allowed me to continue consulting clients remotely while expanding my networking expertise. At FB Consultoria e Assessoria em TI, I served as an N2, providing intermediate-level support and guidance in network operations for nearly 2 years. Currently, I work as an N3 Network Analyst at Made4it, where I am responsible for handling advanced-level incidents, optimizing infrastructure performance, and contributing to strategic network solutions. My professional purpose is to leverage my comprehensive experience and skills to contribute to high-level network projects and provide strategic solutions.
