Handling managed service and maintenance service for Celcom on charging, voucher reload platform and apps for dealers. Deal with customer IT Operation manager on the system operation and handle customer satisfaction. Managing a managed service team with up to 50 members in the team, deals with supplier on task outsourcing, responsible on the P&L of the project, incidents management, server capacity management, SLA management, and provide solution on continual service improvement.
