• Responsible sourcing potential products for local, imported and collaboration product (food and beverages category). • Conduct through research on market trends, competitor pricing, and consumer behavior to plan strategy • Engage with suppliers to negotiate pricing, contract for purchasing products, aiming to secure the best possible deals. • Involved in sourcing products for overseas store. • Evaluate and analyze sales by collecting data from internal data sources. • Responsible for collect the renewal document of BPOM, PIRT and Halal. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with principals and suppliers. • Working together with Purchasing, Planner, Quality, Legal and Display team as well as Operation team.

• Negotiate with suppliers, to find offers that fit the budget and meet the company’s needs • Compare offers from suppliers in terms of quality, service, cost, and capability, to select the most profitable supplier to work with. • Coordinate with users/requestors, to ensure effective and timely coordination in procuring goods • Check the delivery of the purchase order so that the PO is in line with the procurement process. • Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors • Maintain good relationship with all suppliers
