In charge of the entire planning, budgeting, progress and execution of the key category of LocknLock - food container and kitchen tools, which make up over 60% of the company’s performance. Notable Achievements  With a sharp market insight, redefined the concept, visual and TA of a once failed product- Bisfree container and successfully brought it back to the market, increasing yoy performance by 18%. By proposing an logical relaunch plan while the company is still doubtful of the relaunch, not only did she convinced the company to agree to the project, but also attained marketing budget for the first TVCF in 5 years.

Head of supply chain team Responsible for overseeing various supply chain functions, including purchasing, freight coordination and custom obligations and purchase orders. Optimized supply chain infrastructure by assessing and initiating targeted changes to reduce delays and shortage by 5%. Acted as the only liaison between Taiwan and LocknLock Korea headquarters.

 Planned marketing strategies, including news coverage, TV interviews, and blog ads for an event, resulting in total viewership of 8.6 million.  Worked as the main communications coordinator between international guest speakers and The Council for Cultural Affairs.  Facilitated communications with contractors, including venue managers, poster designers, and caterers to ensure efficient running of the events.
