After joining Akacia Medical as a Junior Business Analyst, I was promoted to Business Analyst within a year after introducing Power BI reporting into the organization and delivering Business Intelligence solutions across Sales, Finance, HR, Procurement and Production. I enjoy working closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translating them into scalable reporting, automation and analytics solutions. My expertise includes Power BI, SQL, Python, Microsoft Fabric, DAX and data modelling, with experience designing executive dashboards, automating reporting processes and delivering commercial analysis that supports strategic decision-making. With a BSc in Mathematical Sciences and a passion for continuous learning, I'm always looking for opportunities to improve processes, uncover insights and help organizations become more data-driven.
