Led the launch of a new energy infrastructure platform in Southern Europe, defining market entry strategy and building a capital-intensive business from inception. Secured approval for a >$1Bn investment program and established the operating model, partnerships, and capabilities required to deploy and scale critical infrastructure assets.

Led operations and transformation across a portfolio of offshore infrastructure assets in Europe, with full accountability for asset performance and operational risk. Managed complex, highly regulated, safety-critical operations, ensuring reliability and HSSE excellence across offshore producing assets. Drove profitability through production optimization, operational and cost efficiency, and disciplined capital allocation, strengthening long-term asset value.

Directed a portfolio of large-scale offshore infrastructure developments across Europe, managing projects with total capital investment exceeding $1Bn from concept and FEED through execution and operations handover. Delivered complex, capital-intensive projects in multi-stakeholder environments, ensuring schedule, cost, and risk control while maximizing long-term asset value. Led multidisciplinary teams and EPC contractors, embedding safety, constructability, and operational readiness into project delivery.

Held progressive leadership roles across offshore, desert, and jungle operations, managing production, maintenance, and asset performance in complex, regulated environments. Oversaw assets generating up to $1.4B in annual revenue, with OPEX exceeding $150M, ensuring HSSE excellence, operational continuity, and cost discipline across diverse geopolitical contexts. Strengthened operational systems, risk management practices, and team capability, delivering reliable performance across multi-asset and joint-venture structures.
