Developed / contributed to the following projects: - The on-line Environment and Health Atlas for England and Wales. A JavaScript portal comprising a collection of interactive disease and environmental maps. The website has been developed to engage the general public with scientific research. It allows the investigation of local disease risk and pollutant densities across England and Wales. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-27141760 - The RIF 4.0, a large JavaScript/HMTL5 web platform for the visualization and analysis of Geographically linked Health Data. This comprises a collection of maps (developed using Leaflet, D3 and Postgres-PostGIS), charts ( D3 ) and high performance tabular grids. - A JAVA desktop software for the calculation of Relative Risk and Confidence intervals. Project Funded by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). - Development of a Probabilistic model for the simulation of Urban school children activities. Model used for the assessment of children pollution exposure.

Developed a Network Based tool for the analysis of public transport accesibility in London. Application implemented as an ArcGIS plug-in. The software allowed the selection of a point location, a departure time and a travel time which were used to calculate how far one could go using public transport within the window of time specified. The output was a collection of geographical areas representing reachable destinations using trains, underground and buses within the given maximum travel time.
