Team of +50 associates overviewed. Responsible for developing next line of management and covering for attrition. Increasingly working with accounts outside original client focusing on growing our business across research departments both for sell side and buy side units. Participate in new client pitches and follow up calls to develop partnerships with our office in Argentina. Part of the business development teams across areas developing in the financial research arena, including visualization, web scrapping, automation, ESG projects, etc. Pick up high end short term projects requiring in depth analysis. Work closely with sales team and other business lines to line up new verticals for our office in Buenos Aires, including private equity, private credit, investment banks, etc. Ownership of multiple MIS for the Financial Research division, to be provided to HR, accounting, finance and other departments.

Multiple responsibilities on the technical side but larger focus on people management and client relations. Was instrumental in hiring, developing and increasing standard of the team supporting the bank. Team in Argentina grew from ~10 people to over 40 for this client. Developed second line of senior associates to support day to day people management while picking up higher end projects with their respective teams. Multiple meetings with top management of the bank (Research dept.) virtually and when they travelled to Argentina. Focused on status updating, training programs, and business opportunities. Permanent interaction with CRISIL management across locations including India, Europe and United States.

Picked up higher responsibilities and gained ownership within the Managed Healthcare and facilities team. Responsible for keeping track of most industry metrics (including political scenario for ObamaCare) Build models and draft sections of initiation of coverage for new companies to be covered. Management: Began working with a small group of junior associates in CRISIL to asisst with ramp up on the technical side, mostly focused on financial skills, efficient communication with onshore team and quality control.

Nov. 2007 - Mar 2009: Supported multiple research teams at a top tier investment bank in US, assisting them with financial model standardizing for publication to clients. Interacted with 3rd parties to ensure strong data quality outflow of financial metrics. Provided other support to analysts interacting with the bank´s proprietary software. Mar 2009 - Oct 2010; Began supporting the Equity Research team of the bank covering the Managed HealthCare and Facilities stocks for United States. Coverage of approximately 30 stocks. Model building from scratch: Including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, Drivers, Debt, Segments, etc. Earnings season: Model updates, assist wih reforcasting based on data reported and guidance, chart nad table building, help with write up earnings notes. Sector notes: Large ownership of writing of industry reports, mostly periodic pieces covering different healthcare topics and regulatory aspects of the business. Client requests: Worked on compiling information, setting up deep dive analyses, etc. as requested by clients of the bank.
