I am Fazli Hj Baharom, Founder & CEO of Radius REE Sdn. Bhd., a Malaysian company focused on building a credible, scalable, and ESG-aligned Rare Earth Elements (REE) Upstream, Midstrwam & downstream platform. Radius REE is driven by a clear national objective: to move Malaysia beyond raw mineral exports and into high-value downstream processing that supports future industries such as electric vehicles (EV), renewable energy systems, advanced electronics, high-performance motors, and aerospace-grade technologies. Rare earth materials are no longer “just minerals”, they are critical inputs that shape global supply chain security, energy transition readiness, and industrial competitiveness. My focus is to develop Malaysia’s rare earth downstream capability with strong discipline, industrial realism, and long-term bankability. We are actively positioning Radius REE as a future-ready platform that can work with multiple feedstock pathways and industry partners, while remaining aligned to Malaysia’s regulatory direction and international standards in environmental governance and traceability. In parallel, I bring more than 30 years of leadership experience in Malaysia’s media industry as the founder of a film and drama production house, Radius One Sdn. Bhd. That background shaped my strengths in strategic communication, stakeholder confidence-building, disciplined project execution, brand positioning, and high-pressure decision-making, capabilities that are highly relevant when developing capital-intensive industrial projects where trust, clarity, and credibility matter. Today, I am fully committed to building Radius REE into a respected Malaysian industrial player by engaging investors, strategic partners, and offtakers who share the same vision: to accelerate Malaysia’s entry into the global rare earth value chain through responsible industrial development.
