• Maintain a good rapport with channel partners to facilitate closures. • Being a single point of contact, provide them with relevant and timely feedback and ensure they are kept motivated. • Fulfilled all recruitment requirements under a structured service level agreement framework, like maintaining Vendor Agreement Forms before and after the Placement. • Position briefing call with agencies for critical positions as and when required. • Sourced candidates from various job portals such as, Monster, Naukri and linkedin to find the right Candidate depending on work location, pay rates, skill sets, experience level, availability and job Profile. • Requirement gathering from the project / Programme Managers, practise head for In-house requirements and distributing to the team. • Sourcing, Scheduling, follow-ups, Technical panel interaction & providing training to juniors. • Responsible to guide and lead recruiting team to explore various possible options to maintain quality and quantity of resumes required to serve In-House demands. • Preparing daily and weekly tracker for database information, sourcing activity, placement information, interview schedules and others. • Achieving quarterly targets in terms of In-House and Vendor closures. • Individual and team targets based on numbers and revenue. • Prepare reports for the recruitment MIS on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

• Team Lead – Recruitments – Team size - 4 • Involved in Permanent and Contractual recruitment. • Requirement gathering, identifying the potential candidates through sources like Database, Job portals, Reference, Head Hunting etc. • Direct Client handling – L&T, Wipro,TVS InfoTech, Artech, • Initial screening of the resumes as per the requirements / telephonic screening, briefing the candidates about the job profile, salary package, organization, etc • Short-listing, scheduling the short listed candidates and interview co-ordinations. • Interview follow-ups with the Clients and follow-ups with the candidates. • Maintaining client relationship. • Developing and maintaining of database on the basis of immediate and future requirement. • Handling complete end-to-end recruitment process. • Day-to-Day follow-up with the technical panels and candidates for the interviews – happening • Build and sustain a network of potential applicants
