From selling used phones to retailers to setting up lemonade stands around my neighborhood, I have always embraced an entrepreneurial mindset. My father taught me the art of negotiation and how to find value in overlooked assets, which led me to establish a small candy shop at home—my earliest venture and a testament to my passion for entrepreneurship. My mother played a pivotal role in shaping my character, encouraging me to explore different sports to discover my strengths. Fútbol, in particular, taught me teamwork and adaptability, skills that have been invaluable in my professional journey. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University in 2020. During my time there, I participated in startup pitch competitions, where I honed my storytelling abilities, and gained valuable consulting experience at L.E.K. Consulting, expanding my research capabilities. Before graduating, I joined the Venture Café Foundation as a Programming Associate, where I developed a deep appreciation for guiding entrepreneurs from idea to launch—a role that reinforced my belief in the power of innovation within communities. Building on this foundation, I pursued a Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurial Leadership from Babson College. There, I coached high school students across the U.S. in leadership and teamwork, preparing them for pitch competitions as part of the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship. In 2022, I moved to Miami to join the Cambridge Innovation Center as a Relationship Manager, working with clients across various industries, including healthcare, marketing, and real estate. My journey has always been fueled by a desire to empower entrepreneurs, which is why I was drawn to Endeavor's mission to support high-impact founders. Today, I am operating in the GCC, helping build bridges between Khaleeji entrepreneurship and the global ecosystem. My goal is to position the region as a thriving hub for innovation by connecting ambitious entrepreneurs with the right opportunities, resources, and networks to scale their ventures.
