Lead end‑to‑end process improvement initiatives using (BPMN) for process mapping and documentation, drafting procedures, evaluating effectiveness, maintaining documentation, and redesigning workflows. Spearheaded the creation of the Branch’s first-ever process map registry, establishing a foundation for standardized processes. Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to align with the enterprise operating model. Map ""As-Is"" and ""To-Be"" states for complex business units, identifying bottlenecks, redundancies, and automation opportunities. Optimize end‑to‑end processes, identifying bottlenecks and implementing enhancements that improved cycle time and compliance.
