•Leads turned in to Clients: A total of about 6 new clients that started out as cold calling have now been added as strategic clients with long term contracts adding a revenue stream of about additional SAR 24 24M per year. •Customer Service: Negotiated penalties from the client as a part of contractual nonconformance and achieved zero deductions from the invoices. •Development of team: Developed a robust BD team that keeps the ball rolling and constantly gathering information and generating leads for new business. •Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals. •Submission of government / private company bids. •Preparing and submitting the tender documents / technical & commercial. Responsible for Logging in all journal entries in the general, conducting matching between the SAOC and sports federations balances and their corresponding bank accounts, participating in fixed assets inventory process owned by the Olympic Committee, Cooperating with the external auditors and preparing, tracking and analyzing sports federations budgets.

Assisted department’s manager in preparation of monthly management report and accompanying schedules, worksheets and narratives, including “Budget vs. Actual” variance reports. In addition, I was responsible of testing and receiving final approval for system reports required for management, financial reporting and general ledger reconciliation. I used to work in tight schedule and respond to inquiries from top management like Director of Finance and Controller to feed them with an accurate a comprehensive analysis. All of my work was done through “SAP” “WMS” applications
