Oil Department Main: Licensing of Oil Marketing Companies, Oil Storage Depots, Transportation (White Oil via Pipelines), and Third Party Inspections (TPI) to ensure Oil Assets Integrity Nationwide In progress Project: Digitization of Oil Sector - Developed GIS based Mobile Application namely "Raahguzar" to enhance general visibility to authenticate legal Retail Outlets - Assisting concerned Team to conduct comprehensive Gap Analysis to identify scope of work required - Integration of ERP Systems onto Centralized Dashboard - Development of Track & Trace system for Secondary and Primary movement of POL products - Development of Automation dedicated to monitor POL products( Quantity/Volume of Sales) at Retail Outlets - Digitization of Oil Supply Chain Network interalia including Pipelines, Refineries and Retail Outlets to monitor sales of Midstream and Downstream Oil Industry - Pursuing Oil Industry to introduce Cashless payments

Maintenance of rotary and stationary mechanical equipment at Nashpa Oil & Gas fields to ensure smooth operations at plant which mainly includes: routine check on various mechanical components, pipe fittings, preparing indented bill of materials (BOM), Work permits for Annual Turn Around (ATA) and accompanying third party contractors for NDT of pressure vessels, vibration, pump alignment and routine troubleshooting of critical equipments. - Scheduled Lube Oil Sampling (SOS) of Shell Mysella and Morlina from compressor ( Cameron-Arieal) and engine ( Waukesha-Caterpillar) after every 720 hours. - Checking on inventory to ensure the availability of critical OEM parts of rotary & stationary machinery prior to scheduled routine maintenance by third party contractors. - Preventive/Corrective maintenance [ PM/CM ] for changing air and oil filters, tension belts, valve seals, identifying & eliminating fire hazards at fabrication / workship site, preparing request for hot, cold and height work permits at HSEQ Office while in thorough cordination with CCR (Central Control Room).
