Fauzi Ramadhan

As a recruiter at PT. Fei Textile Industries, I am responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions in the textile manufacturing sector. I work with the hiring managers and the HR team to understand the hiring needs and the company culture, and to design and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes. I also leverage my skills in hiring crew, recruitment-to-recruitment, and corporate recruiting to build and maintain a strong network of talent and partners in the industry. I am currently pursuing my Bachelor of Laws degree at Universitas Langlangbuana, where I am interested in learning about the legal aspects of business, labor, and trade. I plan to graduate in October 2023 and to continue my career in the textile industry, where I can apply my knowledge and skills to support the growth and development of the sector. I am passionate about finding the best fit for both the candidates and the company, and I am always eager to learn new things and take on new challenges.
