Handled diverse functions such as policy development and implementation of Policy in the area of FEMA Regulations, Non Banking /Banking Regulation and Supervision/ Regulatory Compliance, Customer Protection, Currency Management, Financial Inclusion and Rural Development and General Administration. Am well versed with penal provisions under FEMA( compounded many dozen cases) and Banking Ombudsman Scheme ( disposed off tens of thousand complaints). Am skilled in report compilation, conducting investigations and implementing disciplinarian measures and facilitating financial inclusion & development. I have ensured optimized usage of the bank's resources, conducted various studies/investigation on various economic aspects and ensured smooth conduct of the clearing operations. Have been a member /worked in various high level committees appointed by RBI and participated as member in Bilateral International Dialogues.
