- Provide design, support tendering, planning & supervise of the company’s mechanical works especially in HVAC System - To coordinate, prepare & compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires & pre-qualifications - To manage / supervise specialist & subcontractors - Communicate directly with internal customers to understand project requirements, goals, design specifications, and operational environments to evaluate cost, feasibility & implements of new equipment. - coordinate internal resources and third party/vendors for the flawless execution of mechanical installations, design development & provide author supervision. - Sourcing supplier/subcontractors & price negotiation - Sales activity - Information & getting new clients & potential jobs

Role Description: 1) Coordinate all M&E site works 2) Lead a team of junior engineer/supervisor to ensure project execution in each project phase 3) Able to do space management 4) Preparing method of statements, installation, testing & commissioning to the assign system 5) Manage the implementation of project activities including project execution at site for Mechanical & Electrical distribution systems, HVAC, cleanroom, process utility systems, etc. 6) Check & in-charge for tender drawing, construction drawings, shop drawings, etc. 7) Able to explain drawing requirements to subordinates & clients. 8) Review & ensure M&E layout design and specifications on the functionality, practicality, constructability & value engineering aspects are complied. 9) Able to liaise with client, consultant, subcontractor & relevant authorities to resolve technical issues. 10) Good knowledge of equipment functionality. 11) Involved with all project documentations such as (confirm contract, prepare/allocate budget, procurement matrix, purchase order, delivery order, invoice, request for payment, etc.) 12) Able to prepare & submit quotation for any RFQ or tender inquiry from client

» Learn about the process flow in the company » Responsibility to run the new process in the production line (Rebuild NAS units) - Project - Process flow and process layout - Provide Work Instruction (WI) for operator to run the process

» Able to operate robot machine by using HMI (monitor) » Know how to troubleshoot machine when problem arising.
