Baseline is a player-first racquet sports platform for Southeast Asia. We combine match data, AI analysis, and video into one seamless experience for Pickleball, Tennis, and Badminton players. Every match becomes insight helping players track performance, analyze opponents, and improve faster. Baseline also powers livestreams and on-demand match content, bringing performance, intelligence, and entertainment into one ecosystem.

Professional Manager Talks is a dynamic platform helping organizations strengthen their management, develop their teams, and support leaders through practical training, mentorship, and project management solutions. We focus on three main areas: - Organizational Development & HR Management - Mentorship for Mid- and Senior-Level Managers - Project & Event Management

- Conducted comprehensive market research to identify growth opportunities and strategic development directions. - Developed and proposed multiple business and campaign concepts aligned with identified growth areas. - Designed and structured end-to-end campaigns and projects, from concept to execution framework. - Contributed to the recruitment process of a dedicated team member responsible for campaign execution. - Provided 3-month mentorship and onboarding support, ensuring effective role adaptation and performance. - Established structured sales processes and implemented sustainable digital systems to track client communication and sales activities.

- Development of innovative projects presented to Mr. President in the newly opened "ASAN" service centers; - Development of proposals for the draft law on crowdfunding and venture activity; - Development of legal documents and dictionaries for the development of the startup ecosystem; - Development of a mentoring program concept for developing future leaders within departments; - Development of an innovation program concept for workplaces; - Development of a concept for a mentor acceleration program based on international examples; - Development of a new concept for the “Schoolchild’s Friend” project; - Development of proposals to the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan for the development of innovation environment in education; - Development of the concept of "Innovation and Technology" magazine and management of the working group; - Providing support the preparation of daily programs of events such as "Meta Novruz - Door to the Future", "Technofest", "Startupfest", and “Digital Idea Competition”; - Providing support for the development of an innovation strategy for the Karabakh region based on the smart city model; - Implementation of "Capstone" research project in partnership with ADA University; - Implementation of the "Digital Innovation Catalog of the Turkic Council" project; - Evaluation of ideas sent to the idea bank.

“Mentorum” was a social platform that brought together professionals from various fields with individuals who were just starting their career paths or looking to make a change. Within the project, the e-platform included the following features: - Articles on career planning and professional development; - A “CV Review” section where applications were accepted for CV analysis; - Video lessons on office programs, mainly focused on Excel; - Video lessons for learning the English and Russian languages; - Job vacancies; - A “Find a Mentor” section featuring volunteer mentor profiles, where mentees could apply free of charge; - A section for seminars and training sessions.

“Erkenci” was a platform created during the pandemic to help people develop healthy lifestyle habits and support their psychological well-being. The project also had a community called “The 5 a.m. Club” where members would wake up early in the mornings. Through the platform, various activities were carried out, including healthy nutrition marathons, yoga and fitness classes (both in-person and online), programs focused on healthy sleep routines and early waking habits, psychological programs such as self-awareness and self-care, as well as mentorship programs on productivity and effective planning. All of the project’s collaborators, including fitness trainers, psychologists, nutritionists, and productivity coaches, were professionals in their respective fields.

- Development of master's education in "SABAH" groups at Azerbaijan Technical University; - Development of the concept of ARTI volunteering and internship programs; - Development of a new concept of the "Tehsilim.edu.az" and "ilk5il.az" online platforms; - Development of the concept of assessment and monitoring of the state of research, invention and innovation in higher education institutions; - Development of conceptual framework (ToT) for the training of trainers for faculty & academic staff; - Managing the network of University Liaison Officers; - Organizing the education conference entitled "Distance Learning: Achievements and Challenges"; - Organizing ARTI Research Mentoring Program; - Coordination of the preparation of methodological tools "Organization of distance education in higher and secondary educational institutions"; - Organization of the ICT Skills Assessment Process of Teachers in Azerbaijan with the support of UNESCO; - Support for creating partnership opportunities with Turkish universities.

The U.S. - Educated Azerbaijani Alumni Association (AAA) is a non-governmental, non-profit organization that unites all alumni of the U.S. State Department educational exchange programs including the Azerbaijan State Program under one umbrella in Azerbaijan. - Communicating on behalf of the company, with shareholders, government entities, and the public; - Leading the development of the company’s short and long-term strategy; - Evaluating the work of other team members, including board members; - Overseeing their organization's fundraising activities, including planning appropriate strategies and implementing various regulations and strategies.

The Forum on Education Abroad 2019 was held for the first time in Baku with the participation of more than 800 people. The speakers shared their experiences of studying abroad as alumni of leading universities in the USA, Poland, Portugal, England, Finland, Turkey, Cyprus, and Malaysia. - Manage all aspects of an event from pre-planning, determining resource needs, pre-event marketing, and on-site coordination, to post-event follow-up; - Organize facilities and manage all event details such as decor, catering, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material, etc; - Provide support to the project director in the selection and management of employees and volunteers; - Selection of speakers, preparation of speech scripts, and mentoring for their speech; - Contact with speakers and sponsors.
