• Implementing monitoring of the privatization of 6 hospital support services in Kedah, including Facility Management Services (FMS), Facility Engineering Maintenance Services (FEMS), Biomedical Engineering Maintenance Services (BEMS), Healthcare Waste Maintenance Services (HWMS), Cleansing Services (CLS), Linen & Laundry Services (LLS), ensuring smooth operation in accordance with the Concession Agreement. • Assisting hospitals in asset management. • Attending meetings and discussions among directors, concession companies, and relevant parties periodically. • Assisting in conducting periodic physical inspections of systems, installations, plants, and machinery/mechanical, electrical, and biomedical equipment to ensure that the concession companies, including Edgenta Mediserve Sdn. Bhd. and Paradigm Energy Sdn. Bhd. provide the best services to hospitals as outlined in the Concession Agreement. • Assisting in reviewing performance, technical reports, condition assessment reports, incident reports, and investigating related complaints for Engineering services. • Managing the issuance of Sijil Perakuan Pelupusan (PEP) for the disposal of damaged or uneconomical assets/equipments in hospitals. • Assisting in conducting Customer Feedback Surveys (CFS) and preparing Contractor Performance Assessment (CPA) reports for Concession Companies three times a year. • Assisting in supervising and coordinating information related to additional asset payments at existing hospitals to the relevant parties.
