1) Lead NPI projects from RFQ stages (engineering build) until mass production. 2) Review customer BOMs, drawings and specifications (packaging step, artwork, Change Notice (CN) report) to ensure manufacturability. 3) Conduct feasibility study and risk assessment for packaging line such as process flow evaluation, equipment preparation, cost (material consumption, waste, cycle time, labor) and quality issue. 4) Prepare manufacturing documentation (internal BOM, Process Flow, Control Plan, Packaging Layout, WI). 5) Liaise with customer for technical clarification (ensure follow market regulation) and getting product approval (DPAP approval). 6) Review and verify CN reports to ensure production line implement parts with correct revision level accordance with customer requirements. 7) Evaluate and justify new product category to determine the most suitable packaging type based on product characteristics, customer requirements and manufacturing capability.

1) Reviewing and evaluating measurement uncertainty for production samples submission to prevent false rejection/acceptance. 2) Perform mechanical testing, analyze data and prepare reports for production samples submission. 3) Ensuring the measuring instruments and testing devices are duly calibrated and take actions when measuring instruments and devices are found to be expired. 4) Monitor the cleanroom cleanliness and environment are well maintained and perform routine air sampling for non-viable particle counts.

1) Review customer drawing, specification and CTQ (Critical to Quality) in order to define inspection standard and acceptance criteria. 2) Identify special characteristics and high-risk assembly steps to prevent any major quality failure before mass production. 3) Performed First Article Inspection (FAI) to validate first produced finished good (FG) met all customer requirements including dimensional, functional performance, fitment and cosmetic appearance. 4) Ensured correct BOM structure and part revision were implemented in accordance with customer CN. 5) Monitored assembly line defect rates and conducted Pareto analysis to identify top defect contributors, performed root cause analysis, and implemented corrective actions to drive continuous improvement. 6) Guided QA inspectors and operators on quality and workmanship standards to ensure consistent inspection criteria, accurate acceptance/rejection decision, and minimizing over-rejection and rework. 7) Managed customer complaints by leading 8D investigations, performing root cause analysis, and implementing effective CAPA to prevent recurrence and enhance product quality. 8) Organized and controlled rework of Work-In-Progress (WIP) and FG by identifying the affected lot/batch, segregating the non-conforming product, reviewing and approving rework methods, monitoring the rework process and validating the reworked products before release. 9) Liaised with customer from NPI to production sustainment on quality readiness and product quality issue, ensuring products met expectations, prevents costly issues, and enhancing customer trust.

1) Designing, coordinating and supervising of mechanical parts and systems such as Cold Water, Sanitary, HVAC, Lift & Escalator and Fire Fighting for apartment and factory. 2) Assisting in overall project implementation from initial start until final hand over. 3) Liaise with local authorities for system approval and coordinate with another consultant team. 4) Involve in projects meeting and to coordinate with clients, architects and contractors.
