Handling Flexi Philippine (PH) for any order Procurement & Supplier Management Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery schedule. Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to achieve the best value for the company. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth operations. Order & Inventory Management Prepare and issue accurate Purchase Orders (POs) according to departmental needs. Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery. Monitor stock levels and initiate reorders as required. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate records of POs, invoices, contracts, and purchase reports. Prepare reports on costs, price trends, and supplier performance for management review. Coordination & Compliance Coordinate with other departments (e.g., warehouse, operations, finance) to align procurement needs. Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and quality standards. Assist in supplier audits and evaluations as needed.

Supervision & data collection Management Oversee the data collection process to ensure compliance with IYRES standards. Guide and supervise research staff (e.g., enumerators) to ensure smooth field operations. Field Operations Coordination Coordinate field logistics and activities, including distribution of survey instruments, scheduling, and assignment of locations. Provide instructions and support during data collection to ensure adherence to research methodology standards.

Procurement Executive • Managing inventory levels, purchase needs & resolving issues with vendors • Developing cost-effective procurement strategies. Researching & comparing suppliers, goods, and services to find the best ones for the company's needs • Responsible for material planning, inbound logistics, sourcing and development and Purchasing/SCM activity. • To monitor suppliers' delivery performance (OTD, Open POs) and manage Quality Performance (QPPM, NCR). • Collaborate with Planning and Production Control, Quality, Sales and Production teams to meet Co. Sales Target. • Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications. • Preparing cost estimates, do cost analysis and managing budgets. • Manage new Supplier selection, RFQ and RFI process, Negotiation, Contracting and Supplier Evaluation process.

-Prepare reports on key takeaways of events attended by KKOM Minister. -Summarize roadmaps and action plans from time to time to be presented to KKOM’s Minister -Construct policy paper on KKOM related fields which can benefit the youth. -Evaluate past projects which have been awarded grants and funding by the ministry and follow up when necessary.

Public relations (PR) interns work closely with the marketing manager and department. Among other duties, we assist with the planning of marketing events, write media releases and newsletters, and update social media pages. We also create media kits and client information packages.

I am a final year student University of Sciences Malaysia (USM), major in Communication applying for any related position in Public Relation Department.
