My project graduation was about modeling and simulation of washing, classification and flotation processes of the phosphate low and very low grade expected to be treated in the new Benguerir wash plant. Duties : - Identifying and defining the possible scenarios for each process; - Selection and development of mathematical models representing as closely as possible the phenomena governing the various unit operations namely scrubbing, screening, wet classification, attrition, conditioning and reverse flotation; - Designing an interface using LabVIEW software to simulate, control the process lines and to be used as a forecasting tool to identify the output operating conditions.
