I’m a visionary Human Resources leader with over two decades of diverse experience across Saudi Aramco and its group companies. Specializing in Total Rewards Strategy, Organizational Change Management, and Sustainability Integration, I have advised Boards, steered enterprise-wide HR transformations, and led the design of future-ready people strategies across diverse sectors and global markets. Currently serving as HR Board Advisor for Saudi Aramco Group Companies, I partner with executive teams and remuneration committees to architect high-impact total rewards programs, de-risk corporate transactions, and drive HR excellence aligned to business growth. Her leadership has been instrumental in several strategic initiatives, including the harmonization of HR frameworks across Aramco’s portfolio, synthesized HR content for Aramco’s first standalone Sustainability Report, and the launch of innovative change management tools. My leadership is distinguished by strategic foresight, systems thinking, and clear executive communication. I hold a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University and my professional certifications include CIPD Level 7 and Prosci Change Management. I’m a co-inventor of the Digital Consultant and have filed for a patent in the US Patent and Trademark Office.
