 Report to the Top management.  Work closely with the Leadership Team as part of a mutually supportive senior management team, advising them on the likely financial consequences of all proposed courses of action. Execute project control cost tasks in one or more projects, and also to assist in preparation of tenders as required.  Be aware of and adhere to all CAMAs, GAAPs, IFRSs, IASs and SASs statements.  Tax compliance - ensure that the business is compliant with legislative requirements.

 Report to the Country Director.

Reporting to the senior accountant on daily financial transactions.  Preparation of bank reconciliation Statement and sales data of the company.  Stock taking and material control.  Preparing daily, weekly, monthly financial reports of the company.  Preparation of Staffs monthly salary/Payroll management.  Implementing cost control policies of the organization and preparation of Sales, Purchases and Returns records.  Reconciliation of Store bin cards and materials, and assist in the preparation of the company budgets, forecast, productions costs, filing tax returns, fixed asset management etc.  Preparation of debtors/Creditors Journals and ledgers.  And any duty assigned by the Finance Manager.
