-Managing the accuracy and completeness of financial and tax reporting for HC Trading companies in Turkey, Dubai, Singapore, Shanghai, Malta, Switzerland, India -Full responsibility of all tax matters at all jurisdictions that HC Trading Operates

-Check accuracy, integrity, completeness, consistency of financial reporting provided by International companies in HC Trading Group -Managing consolidation and timely submission of financial reports as per instructions from headquarters -Monitor and analyze monthly operating results of consolidated financials against budget, prior year and forecast -Manage monthly inter-company reconciliation processes of HC Trading Entities -Responsible from reporting of monthly sales volumes for all HC Trading Entities -Managing finance key user role in ERP (JD Edwards Oracle) -Oversee and lead daily operations of the related finance team -Checking and supporting accounting and finance processes of Turkey Office according to Turkish GAAP and tax legislations -Full responsibility of tax reporting process in close cooperation with audit company for Turkey Office -Accompany statutory and group audits of entities that under responsibility

-Analysis of financials and key business drivers -Analytical review of budgets and business plans -Preparation of management reports and board presentations -Participation in budgeting and target setting -Development and implementation of controlling and reporting systems and templates -Preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external audiences

-Based on annual audit plan, managing internal audit activities of holding and its subsidiaries; identifying areas of potential risk and areas for improving operational efficiency, -Executing financial, compliance and operational audits in accordance with International Internal Auditing Standards, -Sharing audit results with the group companies and offering action plans, -Preparing audit reports to Executive Management and the Audit Committee

-Auditing and reporting of full certification service described in Turkish Tax Regulations -Performing and managing tax and accounting compliance audit projects. -Identifying and prioritizing key risks and assisting with controls monitoring and remediation -Providing consultancy services related to "Corporate Tax", ,"Income Tax", "VAT", "Stamp Duty", accounting issues and "Tax incentives in Turkey for investments" to national and multinational companies -Building strong compliance and reporting foundations and sustainable tax strategies
