For over 5 years Farrah was the Tampa Fashion Examiner, she was covering local events and writing about fashion for Examiner.com until the website closed in July of 2016.

The Estrella Fashion Report (EFR) is a fashion news and lifestyle blog created in 2012 by Farrah Estrella to share fashion news from around the world. We are based out of Tampa, Florida. As the Editor in Chief of the Estrella Fashion Report, Farrah is responsible for overseeing all of the content creation, brand partnerships, affiliate relations, promotion and advertising of the blog. Farrah has been featured in numerous English and Spanish language magazines and blogs, as well as in fashion T.V segments for: CNN Latino, Mira TV Tampa, Telemundo Tampa and MiTV Tampa.

* As a Diversity Outreach Coordinator for the American Heart Association some of the duties in my current role are: * Responsible for assisting in the build and maintenance of the AHA's diversity partnerships as it relates to talent attraction for diverse, military, and individuals with disabilities candidates. * Provide timely direction, framework and resources to the Talent Acquisition Team to ensure that they are updated on changes in Diversity-related hiring regulations. * Updating the Direct Employers' Partner Relationship Management (PRM) system. * Assist the HR Generalist and recruiting team with diversity applicant reports. * Assist with Affirmative Action data and monthly contact of our recruitment-related diversity partners. * Build diversity related partnerships with VEVRAA and Section 503 partners. * Work in SilkRoad Recruiting (Openhire) System sorting resumes, scheduling interviews for recruiters, HM and VPs.
